We recently had a very last minute home inspection completed by Robles Home Inspections. Fermin was very professional
and thorough. He quickly identified a serious problem and offered to either complete the inspection or to stop at that point while offering us a lower price for the partial inspection. He wrote a report explaining the problems found and followed up several times to see if we had any further questions. Fermin was very clear about the issues he discovered. He is also very nice and a pleasure to deal with.

Fermin was thorough and knowledgeable, and we learned a lot in the process. I was told he is good at assessing older homes and he is indeed very good at it! He provided us with very useful information. We are very glad he was able to do the inspection for us and we recommend his services.
