The entire experience working with Tri city was amazing from start to finish. They listened to what I wanted, provided suggestions for improvement, gave updates as to timeline and fair pricing. I had them replace 6 windows, an outer door and trim and they were so fantastic though out the entire process. All the installation was done in one day. Sergio and his crew were so professional, clean and efficient. It was obvious they took great pride in their workmanship. I'm so happy with how my new windows and door look. I will definitely be referring Tri- city. Thank you.

Had windows put in last fall, they did a great job. There initially was an item missed on the originally bill of sale, Tri-City covered it at no extra charge....which was greatly appreciated. I'd use them again!

Amazing service! Worth every penny. We've replaced 3 windows earlier this year. The customer service was very professional and helpful -- answered all our questions, addressed all our concerns and always stayed nice and professional. The installer was super professional as well. He came on time, was very nice, kept the house clean and cleaned up all the mess outside. The quality of the new windows is superb. I have not realized that a great window makes such a difference. Very happy with the service. Definitely going to change the other windows with this company again.
