my Review of Gignac Financial is based on my experience. The ladies I have spoken to are all very personable, friendly and easy to talk to. They have proven to be driven to get the best results for their customers as they have worked and fought to get me a deal with refinancing and under the circumstances with my credit being pretty bad, and I mean very detrimental they got me approved so I could start some renovations which I am beyond grateful! The only reason I’m not giving top marks for a satisfactory job is a lack of communication. It’s hard to get them on the phone or to reply to emails. It can be days or weeks between hearing from the brokers and it’s quite frustrating being left in the dark. I recommend Gignac Financial improve on their communication to keep future customers in the loop. I’m sorry I couldn’t give you full marks as you have done a lot for me and at the same time frustrated me numerous times. Remember, communication is key!!
