Grill House

Had the opportunity to try this restaurant again. I was invited back to try it by the new owner.
I went during lunch and there was only one other table. Two very quiet students. Right after I got there, the students were asked to leave because there is a 20 min table limit. I barely got my food in that time but I was told not to worry, ... the limit was just for students. I can see if they were noisy or something but I thought it was rude to ask the two girls to leave.
Food was nothing special. I had the grilled chicken breast with fries. Chicken was dry and fries were just ok.
I would not make special plans to go back here but if I was hungry and in the neighborhood I might try it again.
At least, ...so far, ...the restaurant is kept much cleaner than it was with last owners, ... hope they keep it up.

I enjoyed a schnitzel dinner here tonight .
Huge portion of schnitzel with hunter sauce and fresh cut fries. All for only $9.95 including a soft drink. Excellent homemade food for an unbeatable price. I will be back!

Nice little shop , food is great and the price is right.

Myself I’m not local but I am in Kitchener from time to time for business and The Grill House is a good lunch stop for fresh food “ home style cooking “

New menu with great food selections.
Everything is delicious and priced real well!
