I can't say enough about how amazing the osteopath treatment was that I had with Aidan Costello-Toft. After years of having upper and mid-back pain that never resolved, the pain is gone. I had seen chiropractors for years and only ever got temporary relief and a see you twice a week for life. After 3 sessions, I'm a new person. He performed a manipulation that involved adjusting my ribs and finally that mid-back pain disappeared. He was so professional and courteous, explaining everything he was going to do and why.
