(January 23, 2019, 12:26 am)Carla was so very nice and helpful, excellent customer service. I have already recommended this facility to many people. The facility is extremely clean and secure. We have been twice since Saturday and everything went without a hitch. We are very pleased and it is excellent value for the money.
(December 3, 2018, 4:21 pm)Was a very friendly, easy registration. Fees are very competitive to other locations and especially the deals they have. Very clean, and the loading docks and complimentary dollies, etc are great. Would have been 5 stars if I could have opted out of the mandatory insurance coverage, without having to bring my home owners insurance in with me to prove I have coverage elsewhere.
(November 26, 2018, 4:15 pm)Friendly service, amazing front desk staff. The facility is just outstanding. If I could suggest any improvement, the sign up process could be faster. If 2 or 3 people are there to setup a locker rental, it can take a long time.
(October 29, 2018, 7:13 pm)Great service, staff is always friendly and helpful. Storage containers are clean, well lit and easy to get to. Dollies are available to move your things and the garages are super accessible. Will definitely use this location again.
(August 31, 2018, 9:05 pm)I rented a locker at Apple and had a great experience. First of all, the staff is incredibly friendly. Every time I call or show up the staff is so happy and accommodating. The facilities are nice, clean and really secure. My only complaint is that there is a limited supply of resources like dollies and elevators. When I was there people were fighting over supplies. With that said I would highly recommend this place.
