(December 27, 2018, 11:36 pm)**Update...it’s been over 2 months since my negitive review below and we have ordered 4 times since. Seems that the new owners are doing what needed to be done to bring this pizza back to being great again. Fast delivery, friendly drivers and they don’t hold back on the toppings again!!! A bit more sauce would be amazing but it’s still great. Great job pizza express, keep it up.
Last time I commented on this pizza was a year ago and I gave 5 stars. Leading up till now I’d still give it a 5 but something has changed. We live 3 blocks from this location and have always received our pizza in amazing time, 20-30 minutes. I tried the new online order system today which was relatively straight forward but it took an hour to get 1 pizza, nothing else. When we did receive our pizza it was cold and dry. In addition it has gone back to having little to no sauce. Please pizza express, stay the way you were or you’re going to lose many customers!
