H&R Block

We were having some difficulties filing our returns this year. We spoke with Pooja and she kindly helped us with the entire process. She is very patient and understanding and identified some issues that I had with previous years. She explained the process clearly during our first call and then worked with us every step, explaining each step clearly. Thanks to Pooja, my tax returns was filed correctly and on time. It was a good experience and I will definitely go back to her in the future.

We filed our returns with H&R Block working with Pooja Sankar Kumar. This year there were a lot of uncertainties with the tax filing process and to add to this we had to do this in a completely contactless way. The initial call with Ms Kumar was very helpful in understanding how the process will work and how we can use the H&R black online platform to share documents. She was very responsive and took the time to work with us to help us understand the process and calculations involved. Over all a great experience. Thanks for the help Ms Kumar and H&R Block.

Very helpful and kind staff, employees are delightful and extremely fast. They were able to finish 3-years worth of tax returns in 1 day, I would have definitely missed the deadline without their help and timeliness. I was helped by Dapali, she is a very sweet lady and walked me through my return!
