Another successful dental appointment with Cindy! Seriously, she cleans your teeth well and is very friendly during the visit. The front administrative staff are always very helpful too. Dr. M, well she, has the nest sense of humour any dentist I've met plus she likes Candy Cane ice cream....LOL

My experience of the Ottawa Heritage Dental practice extends over a very long time – making me one of its longest-term patients. What keeps me coming back, along with my wife, daughter, son and grandsons? A very high standard of patient-centered care starting with the administration team, and continuing with the assisting and hygiene teams under the capable leadership of the doctors. This includes emergency care administered by John Cameron and Heidi, special attention from Sue when my son needed it, memories of John Rush and Sam providing care in my younger days as well as Mike Leeson and Kathleen recently; and the careful consideration from Wendy when necessary. I endorse this practice with pleasure.

I have been an Ottawa Heritage patient for over four decades! In all that time there has never been a time that they haven't lived up to my expectations. Routine appointments and emergency care are all carried out with the same attention to detail and care. The staff always greet you in such a way that they make you feel that they are happy to see you again. It is obvious that they are all one happy family and I have feel fortunate to have been welcomed into the fold.

Ottawa Heritage Dental is a fantastic dental office. My hygienist was named Kristen. She was extremely professional and personable, and made me very comfortable during my examination. Dr. Leeson joined for a review of my exam. He was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. He made visiting the dentist an experience that was both pleasant and informative in a way that wasn’t overwhelming. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a new dentist.
