My experience with Tania has been nothing short of life changing. She made me feel comfortable and safe from the beginning. After a few months, I disclosed that I felt stagnant with our sessions and she was flexible and accommodating and she introduced me to EMDR. EMDR with Tania's guidance and support has been integral to my healing - helping me explore childhood trauma in a safe space. Her willingness to adapt and unwavering compassion in each session is impactful.

Tania is a gift and I would recommend her to everyone! She is truly there to serve each individual in a way that suits them best. I can't say enough positive things and so thankful to have found her.

As my favorite podcaster Rich Roll said recently, "It's hard being a human in 2020." I'd say it's hard being an animal, a tree, the earth in 2020. So much suffering and so easy to feel helpless or afraid or more often angry. Thankfully we don't have to handle this alone. Natasha is a wonderful counselor. She won't let you languish for 2 years in therapy before addressing issues. She is the NBA player of counselors, dashing across the court, seeing an opening, and with a slam dunk, showing you what's fundamental to your being.

Jackie has been incredibly helpful in overcoming issues around self-image. She is very easy to talk to and is always super positive. She gave me lots of resources for my own interest and created a very comfortable environment for me.

I have been talking to Jackie over the past few months and she has helped me a lot over my anxiety issues. She helped me recognizing my unhelpful thinking patterns and taught me a lot of coping strategies. I’ve improved so much and I really appreciate her helping me along the way!

I was so very lucky to have found Tania! She has given me a new lease on life, helped me through some dark days and now I can see the light!
