To give you a better understanding of my experience with her, my partner and I were looking for our very first home in Kitchener/Waterloo with VERY specific requirements. We wanted an affordable home between 400-450k with a separate basement entrance to rent out the basement, multiple space parking, good backyard space for our dogs, and no pool. This was not an easy ask at that price range, but she never complained. She educated us on the current the market trends to help us understand what realistic closing prices might be for what we were looking for. Additionally, she carefully observed what we wanted and didn't like with each home we looked at and very quickly her recommendations kept getting better and better. She was always very quick to respond to any of our questions via email, text or call. I have no doubt that her amazing work ethic is a main reason why we were able to buy our first home within one month of searching. Oh, AND she did this all while Covid-19 hit!! She is just amazing.

She even went above and beyond to find electricians and home inspectors for our new home by reaching out to her network.
