This has probably been my best massage therapy experience. In the past, I've worked with a ton of massage therapists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, etc... to manage a pain/stiffness (neck/back). Some worked and others didn't, but the effect usually lasted a few days or a week at best before I had to go back to it.
This time, it felt very different. Marie Neige's method is very slow and gradual and she takes her time in the process. I didn't feel any huge changes after the first session, but gradually, over a 6 week period (went to her once a week), it felt like she really released a ton of tension. I can honestly say, this is the best i've felt in a long time and really appreciate all the work, tips and passion she puts into her craft!
