Love the taste and atmosphere. Excellent service provided by a very attentive staff. Great food every day of the week.

I got the chicken Caesar salad and it was not that good. The wait time wasn't too long and the waitress was nice so it was not that bad of an experience. The atmosphere is also pretty nice. However, my table did wobble since the legs were uneven. That was a little annoying. Overall the food was disappointing put the staff made it a decent experience.

Just came here for mother's day as a family. Only place that took a reservation. Some food issues but management solved them and very pleased with customer service. The waitress and hostess we're so good with the young kids in the family too!

My daughter & husband with my grandchildren went there this evening. The staff were phenomenal! My granddaughter is a twonager and therefore gets difficult at her age & they were remarkable. Entertaining her. Keeping her busy. Very humble wonderful staff! You need recognition!!! Thank you. Thank you for making her happy and making their dining experience remarkable!!! Also great food!!! ????????????????

I was at Kelseys on Ottawa just last night for my birthday. They have brought back Customer Service I thought Restaurants didn't care anymore. We were greeted by the Host and Hostess upon entering with a Smile and a welcoming attitude. We were able to pick our table since it was quite early. When we sat a lovely lady named Amanda came to wait on us she was bubbly and smiling and had a wonderful welcoming attitude. Once our drinks were served we asked her questions about the Menu and she was very knowledgeable. My daughter had asked for something that was not on the menu and the chef obliged her request, I would like to thank him/her for that. I had ordered Ribs and Chicken for dinner, in many restaurants they say the ribs fall off the bone but don't. These Ribs were very tender and delicious that they indeed fell off the bone. The only thing I would mention is my daughter asked for a medium steak and it came well done, but other then that the food was delicious. For Customer Service I would give Kelseys a 10/10. I am definitely going back and would recommend to others who would like a welcoming experience. Mrs. Kind
