Kumon Math & Reading Centre

My daughter has been doing Kumon Math for the past 5 years and many times she has requested to discontinue the course. However her instructor Pradnya has been encouraging and motivating her to continue and not give up. I am glad we listened, because today my daughter is able to be best in Math in grade 9, enabling her to solve very complex and challenging problems with ease. She has received so much appreciation from her teacher and classmates about her proficiency in Math concepts. She feels very confident today and understands that Kumon has helped her. Thanks to Kumon and our instructor Pradnya.

The Kumon curriculum is fantastic. My son entered Grade 1 very behind in reading due to challenges he encountered in Kindergarten, and then the school closure. We started the Kumon curriculum with another location in December 2020 and were pleased with the progress he made, however were not thrilled with the instructor from the other centre. After a few situations, and 5 months of trying the other centre, we switched to the Williamsburg Kumon centre and couldn't be happier. Pradnya has a very good system, is available when she says she will be available, and has staff working in small groups (even online) at the level they are working on. The connections that have been made within a month are amazing and my son looks forward to doing his work with the instructors at this centre. We look forward to the day when we can participate in in-person kumon sessions with an instructor and can benefit from the calm, consistent and caring approach that Pradnya and her staff provide.

Best investment that you can peruse for your children. Don’t fall for cheaper alternatives off web only trainings, as you never know/judge their repute. Huge improvement in Maths/ English as the curriculum matches closely to school board syllabus and parents expectation. This centre particularly was good because a)closest to house b)heard word of mouth reviews as highly recommended c)quite impressed with their standings and pedigree during initial orientation.

My daughter has been attending Kumon Country Hills since the age of 3. Over the past year and a half, we have enjoyed watching her reading and writing flourish under Mrs. P's guidance. The staff are always super kind, helpful and respectful. We are thankful we made the choice to enroll little learner in Kumon, and grant her such amazing foundation her schooling.
