Priyanka was the buyer realtor for my family. We spent 4 months for the house hunting with Priyanka.

1. House hunting step:
She showed us a strong passion and happily checked all the houses that we had interests in until we fully satisfied the found house.

2. Negotiation:
When we submitted the first offer, 6 offers were submitted and I saw the house price rise more than 50k CAD in a day (we exited but I believe the new owner paid 10% more of the initial price). It was a difficult time because there were few houses in the market and always many people visited open houses.

However, Priyanka negotiated very well and we got the house with a price actually less than the asking price (even though my home is located in the best school district in KW region).

3. Closing step:
At the time of the closing date, the previous home owner did not clean big garbage like sofas. We asked them to clean it but they said it is a task of the city government and the city government temporarily does not provide the service because of COVID-19. They said that the city government will clean it like 1 month later (but there was no guarantee and we have to just wait for it or we have to pay the cleaning company around $500). We said it is unfair and requested them to clean it but they rejected it. The house closing lawyer told us the previous home owner does not have legal duty for it.

When we were frustrated Priyanka solved the problem. Priyanka negotiated with the seller realtor and let the seller lawyer keep $500 for 1 month. If the city government will not clean the garbage, the seller lawyer is supposed to send the money to me.
I believe Priyanka showed the solid professionalism for the house buyer (that was me).
