ASP has such great support for all levels of training. They will modify any exercise based on your ability and strength level. Great people who really care about you achieving your goals.
Working in the developmental sector for the past 17 years, I have never experienced such a space. This gym doesn't utilize the term inclusion as a buzz word or an after thought. Inclusion isn't just a convenient ploy to retain vulnerable members. Active Souls Project was created with inclusion at its centre, at its core.
The expectation for personal greatness is set for ALL members regardless of ability, and personal goals are individualized to the member. In getting to know both Sascha and Scott, that expectation for greatness is also set for themselves. There is no room for ego here, the team at Active Souls are welcoming, encouraging, supportive and genuinely care for the wellbeing of their members.
I recommend this gym for anyone, of any ability. I am a proud member of the Active Souls community because I believe in what it is building, and I want to continue to be a part of that.
Active Souls Project is more than a gym, it is a place that changes lives.
My 20 year old autistic daughter has been coming here since the beginning. I am totally comfortable dropping her off and leaving. I never imagined she would have this in a million years, as she is unable to attend a regular gym. Sascha and her team are amazing. They truly are passionate about what they do. This place is worth every dime and more!
I LOVE this gym! The staff are knowledgeable, attentive, & so supportive.
I have carpel tunnel, tennis elbow & a wonky right knee; Active Souls Project
& their staff adapt exercises to suit the individual. We ALL have special needs
& a one size fits all when it comes to exercise does not work, for many.
Active Souls Project supports the individual in their quest for fitness.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The coaches at Active Souls are absolutely phenomenal with kids. Both of my children, ages 10 & 12, love attending workout classes there. When it comes to accommodating for special needs, they are the amazing. My son has autism and he always looks forward to his private training with Coach Mike every week, as well as group classes with Sascha and Scott. The workout routines are fantastic and my kids are staying fit while having fun! So happy a friend recommended Active Souls to us!
