I ordered online and called to confirm my order since it was my first time. The person on the phone was very friendly and helpful, ensuring me me order would be delivered in about an hour and that I would be notified if there was any issue (I only needed it to arrive within 4-5 hours). The driver arrived about 40 minutes after I ordered, followed all instructions to the letter, followed all Covid precautions, and was exceptionally friendly and polite all along.
Overall I had an entirely positive experience ordering from this company and was provided with service above and beyond what I expected.
(November 8, 2020, 9:33 pm)Despite all the negative reviews I decided to give it a try. Everything worked out fine - my order was delivered in a little less than 2 hours. The staff on the phone seemed friendly. Not sure what those negative reviews are all about..
