(January 7, 2019, 5:19 am)Leo and his associates were very quick and friendly. These guys know their job very well, good attention to detail. I just bought the car from recently (used) and took it for it’s first service and these guys were doing their regular inspection and found out a major flaw, my car was missing its AIR FILTER. God knows if they hadn’t found that empty air filter housing, it would have caused so much more damage to the engine. Thanks for your service guys, keep doing the good work.

(December 31, 2018, 6:33 pm)Went to Oil Changers on NYE, for a routine oil change. Called in advance to check wait times and pricing. Leo was super helpful, taking the time to explain their process and timeliness goals. Arrived to find the staff performing a choreographed dance like a well oiled machine (all the extras, windows, air pressure, lights etc. - whilst the car was being oiled.) It was quite interesting to watch. The attendants were friendly and professional throughout, even while trying to upsell. I particularly appreciate the main attendants (Leo) affable manner and courtesy thoroughout improving what would otherwise be an average affair.
Dropped a star because: when I called and asked about semisynthetic oil - I was told I didn't need it, but when I arrived was told otherwise so had a bit of a price surprise; and when the attendant tried to replace the cabin air filter they struggled with it quite a bit and in doing so dumped dirt/debris (the usual air filter trappings) in the glove box - on my wife's white winter gloves...
