(February 7, 2019, 5:52 am)Their Papa and grandpa burgers always satisfy my need for a no nonsense juicy stack of beef on a bun. They need to work on their paper straws though, the flavor of the drinks just isn't the same as plastic.
(January 26, 2019, 3:36 pm)This place never disappoints. I go here all the time and they always make my burgers perfectly. Great customer service. Always fresh. Never - not once - have I ever received a stale frie from them. Lettuce is always crunchy. Cheese always melty, bun always warm and toasty. Thank you for a great experience.

(January 17, 2019, 6:07 pm)Food was super hot and fresh! Quick service. The table that we ate at was a pub style which was different but worked my myself and coworker. There was also a server that came around and asked how our food was and offered us those AMAZING root bear lollipops. Would definitely go back dlfor sure
(December 20, 2018, 6:26 pm)I visited during an off peak time and ordered a chicken burger and a teen burger. Both were perfectly prepared, and ready in less than 1 minute. The lady at the window was polite and made small talk about my dog in the back seat. Overall an exceptional experience...all the other A and Ws in KW should take note.
(September 4, 2018, 11:21 pm)The staff was good. The food is good. The burgers are nice and soft. the fries are nice and crispy. The onion rings are breaded which is different, though I prefer tempura style. The root beer is good. A little pricier than Harvey's which gives you options at no extra cost.
