I had a problem with my guitar, and Jay found the problem...he knows a lot about guitars...and fixed it. Even was gracious enough to drop it off for me on one of his trips. He didn’t try to up-sell me with further enhancements to my guitar like the last place I went for repairs. Black rabbit guitars is highly recommended!
