The professionalism and prompt responses to my questions was incredible. I dealt with both Jessica and Ana and these woman were super accommodating and efficient. I was showed the apartment once and asked to see it another time and without hesitation my request was granted. Jessica is friendly and so positive. Love the apartment and the community that I live in. I was looking for a clean, safe, dog friendly environment and found it all thanks to them. My biggest concern was our surroundings having an infant and ensuring that the apartment would serve all my needs. So glad that I I found them and am very satisfied with our new home. Highly recommend Berlin and their staff!
