Except for the 13 years I lived away from Kitchener-Waterloo, I have been seeing Dr. Harry, Dr. Helen and now their extended staff for my dental care since they started their practice back in the 1980s. They are a wonderful, family-run business who always take the time to greet you personally, ask about your family and inquire about your personal life, which always puts you at ease. Their staff are friendly, professional and always go the extra mile to make sure any inquiries you have, or paperwork you need is thoroughly taken care of.
These days, unless I have an emergency, I see Dr. Mike. He is an excellent dentist. He is caring and beyond good at his job. My mouth was in a terrible state when I moved back to Waterloo. Dr. Mike immediately put together a comprehensive treatment plan and set about repairing and rebuilding my mouth within a year, using methods that were manageable for me both physically and financially. For a while I was going in for work almost every week, but no matter the task, he always takes the time to explain the plan of attack for each day and talks you through not just what to expect, but the procedure itself as he is performing it. That always allows me to feel relaxed while he's working. I now have a wonderfully rebuilt smile that looks so close to my original teeth, it's hard to believe Dr. Mike didn't know me 15 years ago! I used to be embarrassed to smile, but I'm back to being happy to smile at people, thanks to the care and hard work of Dr. Mike and all of the terrific staff at de Man & Höediono. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to absolutely anyone.

We have been patients with Dr. Hoediono for 25 years, we have nothing but an excellent experience at this office from all the staff. The staff is incredible and very friendly in addition to helpful and always available. Final point leaving the clinic is like leaving the spa.

i had a difficult procedure the involved some very sophisticated dental imaging and work to design and then insert a crown. Excellent results! I couldn't be happier with the results and the professionalism throughout the complicated steps to produce a crown for my implant. Very high tech and cutting edge work. My family has been going to this dental office for many years now. I would never be able to go anywhere else. They are the most trustworthy office I have ever known of. We have had many procedures done in this office; cleanings, fillings, root canal, crowns, whitening and the Simply Clear straightening system. I highly recommend this office. 5 stars is not enough for Dr. Harry and his staff.

I had a wonderful first experience at this dental office! Front desk staff was very kind and helpful, my dental hygienist made me feel extremely comfortable through the whole experience and explained everything along the way, and Dr. Harry was so kind to meet me and explain his and his families history and love for dentistry, as well as explain my next steps in achieving beautiful healthy teeth.
