(January 13, 2023, 10:48 pm)Please, a percel was sent to me on the 20th of december 2022 from Ottawa to Kitchener and am yet to receive it. Please what can i do it was not have tracking number. My home address on it, is correct but the sendwr did not write the postal code.
(August 23, 2022, 12:45 am)A HUGE thank you to a group of workers that went WELL above and beyond on a (closed) Saturday to find a delayed Xpresspost package with an urgently needed passport, and making sure it made it to us in another town. You saved our weekend and our daughter’s trip abroad.
This episode has restored my faith that there are still lots of good people around!
(July 25, 2022, 11:55 am)Probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I needed my package earlier than expected for work related purposes and the staff made sure it happened. Very professional and kind people. I will definitely be a continuing customer.
