(January 21, 2018, 4:33 pm)The staff is very helpful and supportive. I think Jenny Craig is a more realistic approach to teaching you how to eat once you lose your weight. They’ve had better programs that were more affordable in the past but, still like this one for teaching how to eat a balanced meal. I lost 60 pounds and it’s also good if you’re the only one in your house losing weight. The meals are all done and quick.

(November 11, 2017, 2:35 am)I'm looking for a weight loss center that supports hot dog binging 3 times a week. I followed their program, and gained 5 pounds! They told me I had to stop binging on hot dogs. This is unacceptable and offensive. I always follow my hot dogs with a handful of snap peas to counteract the calories so there is no way the hot dogs are causing my weight gain. I left because at the end of the day no one tells me what to do!
