We just purchased an adjustable Tempurpedic mattress. We have always bought from sleep country but the rep (Tim Rector) at this store was so great we bought from Teppermans. He was beyond helpful, explained all our options so clearly, giving us pros and cons and what we appreciated most - no pressure. He stood back and gave us time to try out the mattress and talk about this expensive purchase.
If you have an employee recognition program this gentleman deserves to be recognized.
We will be shopping for new family room furniture next and will definitely be dealing with Tim again.
