Tyler & Kaila joined Greenwin only a few months ago and have executed nothing but smiles & pleasant mannerism, attention to detail and most of all taking the time to be courteous and tending to tenants problems, issues/needs, promptly!

Every since kaila in the office and Tyler in maintenance have worked here, the 2 buildings have made such a positive change in so many ways. Thank you so much for all your hard work guys. I came to visit family and noticed how great the buildings were.

Tyler and Kaila, a working couple from Vanier 47 and 49 are a godsend to the whole building, for the work they do as part of management and maintenance. It would appear that they are the only people who actively care about making the living experience better for the people who live in the building. If more people took ownership of their work environment like they do, the whole building would be much nicer and cleaner overall. Due to their positive nature and hardworking demeanor, the building gets a five out of five stars.
