I had no issues with the haircuts from this shop. I was satisfied by their service. They were friendly to everyone and they are ready to cut according to our wish. I didn't feel the cutting charges are expensive.

I have been looking for a hair stylist that actually listens to what I was hoping for in a haircut. After quite a few attempts of not getting what I asked for from various salons, I decided to go to Louie's on Courtland Ave, Kitchener, as I know it has been around for many years. Being a bit nervous with another new stylist, I met Erica, who was very much interested in seeing the pictures I was showing and talking about how she would cut my hair to get it to the style I was hoping for. She took her time to get it right. She is very pleasant and easy to talk to, but concentrates on the job at hand.
Thank you Erica. I tosselled my hair up a bit to the way I would wear it once I got home and it was so easy to style to my liking. My husband was pleasantly surprised when he got home and that confirms what I feel about the wonderful cut Erica gave me today. Thank You!
