Pi Co. Pizza Bar

Came in for a snack today and Trey made me the most beautiful gluten free pizza I could dream it. When having to eat gluten free, eating out is very challenging, but I truly felt Trey cared. He was as cautious as he could be (though there is no guarantee, as a pizza place has flour every where) I felt like he made a hard effort to accommodate me. The pizza was delicious!

At the moment you enter that place the personel give you a good feeling. Very warm crew, it is a friendly restaurant to pass time with friends or with your date. heavenly food, qualified chef, decent price and professional service. Highly recommended.

Pizza is freshly made in front of you. Taste was good, although there are some other options that may be slightly better in terms of quality, taste and options.

We had the margarita and made a custom pizza with pesto sauce. Margarita was good, but the pesto pizza had very little flavour.

All in all, good experience.

I'm giving Pi Co. four stars because their product is actually incredible, by far the best tasting pizza in Waterloo region. Unfortunately the customer service at this location deserves a one-star. Staff did not acknowledge us when we walked in the door. We stood there waiting to order and were approached by a staff member who did not say anything and just stared at us, making for a very poor first impression. Further to this, the staff are extremely slow in making their product. We were the only ones there and waited about 35 minutes for two pizzas. Upper-management needs to visit for some more training regarding customer service and food preparation.
