The hygenist was AMAZING! She answered all of my questions and was very friendly. She made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. 100% will be going back again. -

I wanted to cancel an appointment that was booked with boardwalk location and it was less than 24 hours for the appointment date. I called Kitchener location and Kelly picked up the phone. She said she would call to a known person in boardwalk location in order to cancel the appointment. She had a courtesy to call me back and confirm the cancellation. The way she handled the situation was very professional. An employee like Kelly is an asset for your business.
