It's always nice when you go to get your vehicle serviced & before they even get to the store computer they recognize that you've been there before. Can't complain about that kind of personalized treatment. People can make or break a business. Hey Jiffy Lube....you have nothing to worry about with the employees you have at this location!
Went in to switch to winter tires. Despite being short-handed, the staff was very courteous and efficient and organized. Even though they were under pressure, they still took the time to ask what my plans were for the rest of the day. That really stood out to me because there was a growing line-up behind me. It takes no extra time to be polite to your customer and have a brief, friendly conversation while you're already working on the customer's car. Proper physical distancing protocols were used, too. I definitely recommend this business and will be returning.
First time coming here for an oil change. I came by, they told me I did not need an oil change and they sent me home (I appreciated the honesty). So I came back a week later to get it changed after I put some more miles on the car. Very friendly staff, honest, and gave me some helpful advice. Thank you to Madeline and Don. I will be back
I went In for an oil change. Ended up having a few extra services added on. The staff were so friendly, and informative. They let me know what really should be done, without being pushy. They were so nice and so quick. Will definitely come back!
Went in to replace battery and have oil changed on a vehicle that had been sitting idle in driveway for 3-4 months due to pandemic. During the service the person taking care of my car checked the oil and told me everything looked good and a change was not necessary. He replaced my battery, using a tool to protect all settings on radio and other electronics. After the battery was replaced I cashed out and he gave me a discount on the battery. Excellent customer service and an amazing experience.
