(June 22, 2020, 9:15 pm)3 stars for this lab, usually I find the staff are friendly but there are always those few that aren’t. I was very impressed with the lady controlling the line before the waiting room (during COVID), she was super pleasant even with patients who were quite rude. 1 star taken off for being a bit unorganized and it was pretty dirty, especially in the washroom, but that being said it was very busy.
