Roman is hands down the best mechanic this region has to offer. He has an uncanny ability to diagnose problems quickly and effectively, and his customer service skills is 2nd to none. Being a great mechanic involves more than identifying problems, repairing or replacing worn parts, you got to be able to deliver exceptional customer service, after all people invest a lot of money into their Automobiles and they want to work with a mechanic who can put them at ease, they want to work with someone they can trust- Roman is the right guy! As mentioned when it comes to his diagnostic skills he is able to effectively and efficiently use his specialized tools to figure out what's wrong as quickly as possible. Not only he is able to quickly identify problems he comes up with the best and least expensive Solutions. Roman also takes time to explain the functionality of the parts he repairs, and is passionate about his craftsmanship.

Roman was able diagnose a problem on my vehicle after 1 test drive. I had taken my vehicle to several other shops before and no one was able to identify the problem.

On another occasion he kindly took my vehicle in last minute and did a complete brake job.
