My wife and I first met Chris in 2012 when we decided to sell our house in Kitchener. Chris walked us through what prep needed done and we very carefully got the house ready. It was listed on a Friday and sold by the following Monday evening...couldn't have had a better result. Fast forward to 2018 and we decide to move again, this time within Listowel.
