Really good experience with this company. Igor is very customer service oriented, and in these very difficult times went out of his way to make sure I received my order in a timely manner. Great prices, great service, and a broad line of exercise equipment. If you don’t want to get gouged during the Pandemic when ALL the gyms are closed...this is definitely a place you want to check out. Keep up the great work!

Superior Quality equipment!
I’ve been focusing more on static lifts for a few years and decided to incorporate other movements in order to build on different aspects of my training. The tools that Great Lakes Girya have supplied have helped boost me into areas I’ve not been before with respect to my typical lifts. Overall? Great experience with even better equipment. The guys are awesome to deal with and when concerns arise, they do everything in their power to get back to you as quickly as possible. Times have been stressful for everyone these days we need to have a little more patience.

Great quality product and great price. Took a while to get but that was all explained while ordering and listed on the site. Given the discounted price for the pre order I would say it is worth the wait.

Any time I had emailed for a status update on my order it was answered back within 24 hours of my email being sent. Customer service I had was great.

Went to pick up my order and it was fast and easy process to pick up.

I would order from them again and recommend to others as well.

I purchased my 14kg and 18kg GLG kettlebell in late June 2020. When I purchased it the order page stated that they were preorders and should ship mid-August. When mid-August arrived I did not receive any communication from GLG. I sent multiple emails and none of them were responded too. I decided to call GLG about a week ago and spoke to Gina (who answered in the middle of her dinner) I apologised for interrupting her meal and she asked that I email her my order number and her name in the subject line. I happily obliged as I was just happy to get a hold of a human. The next morning I woke up to a shipment email from UPS/GLG saying a label has been created. Gina also emailed me and stated my 14kg hasn’t arrived and should be arriving in October. Today, I received my 18kg and it’s a thing of beauty.

I understand everyone’s frustration with this company. I will say had I not spoken to Gina I’m not entirely sure when my 18kg would have shipped. That being said I’m glad I spoke to her. I will be emailing Gina in October for a status update. My biggest issue with this company is the lack of real communication. I understand that the company has grown exponentially since the pandemic which is awesome for Colin and company. What would be nice is if I can just put my order number in and get an update on my order. I believe it would alleviate a lot of frustration and more people would be a lot more patient. That being said I love my bell and am impressed. I’m glad Colin hired some great staff such as Gina and I wish them continued success just with better communication. :) I would like to mention the reason for the 4 star review was due to the lack of communication.

I will say I would buy my KBs from GLG however I think I’d like to wait till I am able to purchase them and they are shipped right away. I realize it might take away from the price point.

All in all it’s a great bell on par with RKC.
