(September 24, 2019, 12:31 am)Our contractor recommended Strassburger for the supply of windows and doors for our new build (25 windows, 5 exit doors, and 1 patio door). We had a few problems: two panes developed stress cracks, 2 doors developed bubbling paint, and some of the windows were hard to open & close. Strassburger provided excellent customer service and replaced the panes, the 2 doors, and serviced the windows (our contractor had left a small piece of plastic on the bottom of the pane which should have been removed). I am impressed with their customer service and speed at which they resolved the issues. We are now 1.5 winters in and the windows appear to be working well at keeping our house warm.
