Valet Car Wash

Car wash is excellent with free vacuum. I have the monthly pass car wash so i come here once week. But they just close their garage and state that its under maintenance or its broken. it did not happened just once. every time i come its always close. I usually come an hour before closing time and i have to come back the next day. But it will still be closed for maintenance. Driving for 20 minutes to the Vallet Car wash for nothing. Waste my time and gas.

I've been coming here for at least 10 years. I won't use any other wash. I do not have a membership as I only wash once per month and purchase gift cards. I wrote this review because I felt it was necessary to share what I saw yesterday when I went into the office to purchase another card. A first time customer had signed up for a membership and going through the wash had his front license plate holder come right off. Horrible clip design from what I could see. The manager took the time to get his tools from his car and reassemble this customer's license plate and holder. He then reattached it for the customer and we all suggested he take it back to the dealership for new snap in clips. I was impressed with the dedication to his service, I expected nothing less from what I've witnessed over the years. Good job.
