I love love love this salon! Last week I had two proms to go to... two days apart. A few weeks prior, I had scheduled a hair appointment for the first prom and originally I was just going to do my own hair for the second. Cathy did such an AMAZING job on my updo for my first prom, that right after my appointment I booked another appointment with her to do my hair for my second prom. The second time round we went with a half up-half down looser style and she did an amazing job on that as well! She is so talented and she didn't let me out of her chair until the both of us were happy with my hair. When I went to pay for my hair for my second prom, I was even given a discount for returning so soon. The staff are so incredibly friendly and the environment is so welcoming, I cannot wait to go back!

Went here for a drastic change and stephanie did an amazing job!!!

Taylor always does a great job whether cutting or coloring. She's passionate and talented!

Sandy has been my stylist of choice for many years. Dare I say 15 years plus ? I started my family at Hairizona in 1991 after I moved to Waterloo. Great place as always

Friendly service and staff but very unhappy with my haircut. Not at all what I asked for and cut off way too much. Stylist Taylor. Staff recognized I wasn't too happy with it and offered to have another stylist try to fix it and didn't charge me.
And not to make it sound worse, but I got home and had a better look at the cut itself, and it's absolutely awful, not just because it's not what I wanted...
