Food is good..but a little pricey. Very loud but all in all a good atmosphere. I've been a few times and every time it's different. Great addition to this town.
Had a flight of their very tasty beers and some nachos with guacamole. Was very good. Bartender was very informative and friendly. Will be returning with kids to try some of the great selections on the menu as well.
Had a wonderful experience at Abe and Erb in Ayr this past week. Great menu selection, reasonably priced, very welcoming wait staff and the culinary talents of Chef Andrew. He made an effort to come out to our table and ask how we enjoyed our meal. In a few weeks the place will also be opened for breakfast. Brewery on site and wine list selection as well. I know where I'll be sitting in the warm weather, on their deck. Fish Friday's and daily lunch specials. Bon Appetite!
Good food, great beer! I do recommend for an evening out. The wait for our drinks and food was very long, but it was a busy Saturday evening. We were seated at a higtop so a booster seat for our toddler would have been handy (they only have the wooden high chairs which would be too low for that table), she managed to balance on an "adult" chair so wasn't a deal breaker. Crayons or some kid activity would be a welcome addition especially since we waited so long for our food. I understand they have board games but those are too old for a 2year old. Overall a great meal.
Busy on a Saturday evening! Live, loud music. Lots of staff on duty. Good food, but service was a bit slow. IPA beer made on site was very good. Manager dropped our table several times to ask how we were enjoying our meal, took time for a conversation and listened by my observations. Only concern: Text on menus was too small to read without my glasses (which I didn't have with me).
