On the other hand there are major issues with the management...there is a good chance you will be treated as a machine, not a human. Upper management switches almost every year, lot of people come and go. The Board (or whoever is responsible running this company) really needs to get their game together.
If you need an entry-level job until you finish school, or if you are new in the country...don't hesitate to apply.
