I suffer from an extreme pain condition and was thankful the day I met Valerie. I have received weekly massages from her for more than 8 years, since she relocated I miss her a great deal and still have not found a massage therapist that is able to give me the kind of treatment Valerie has. For me she was able to get me to a place where I was not as sore or stiff, and I felt so much better. I tried not to miss a session as I could feel the difference. She is great at deep massaging, finding trigger points as well as alleviating headaches for me. She is able to give you the relaxation you need from a very stressful day or that deeper massage to aid in helping you get that kink out. When time and pain allows, I try to make the drive to have one of her massages and I would recommend her to anyone. The thing I like most is that she listens to your needs and is willing to help in anyway possible. You can tell that she cares for her patients and wants to help them feel their very best.
