(August 23, 2018, 1:35 am)This is our second time using Westside Mini Storage. Never an issue, easy move-in and move-out. Extremely accommodating and flexible. Clean units, we've both an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. We're happy customers!

(February 5, 2013, 9:08 pm)Super positive experience with this company! Staff were always extremely pleasant and very flexible. The location was hugely convenient for our move - right off the 401. The pricing was very competitive and the facility is super clean with climate control. Payment process was extremely easy - they automatically billed my credit card each month. When we finished the cancellation process was even easier, simple phone call. I was very impressed to find out they were issuing me a refund for my pre-paid month because we have moved out prior to our next billing date! All in all, I highly recommend and would definitely use again!
