I was pretty nervous especially since the cut I got was shorter than my usual cut but Gabi made the whole experience pleasant with great conversation and a reassuring attitude. The final result turned out super cute and stylish, and I'll be recommending this place to anyone looking for high quality haircuts in Waterloo.
