(February 12, 2019, 3:14 pm)I have been to this location before and have had so, so experiences with staff. However I went in last week and Juan helped me out with upgrading my cellphone and he was phenomenal. I recommend dealing with him for any bell related needs!

I had the pleasure of dealing with a wonderful agent by the name of Juan M, who more than went the extra mile to make sure I left completely satisfied. Juan is a very warm, friendly and approachable individual that will resolve any issues at hand with the utmost respect and professionalism. You can tell that Juan always goes above and beyond for his customers, and he actually cares.
I highly recommend this location for all of your Bell needs! Go talk to Juan and he’ll make sure you are more than satisfied.
