Bliss Counselling

Highly recommend! I've been seeing Valentina for a few months now, admittedly not as frequently as I should be! However, I sincerely believe I've experienced several revelations while speaking with her. I've seen several therapists in the past, but feel I identify best with Valentina and her approach. I hate comparisons, because I feel they are unfair, as this progress could be result of my age, emotional readiness, or perhaps due to finding the right "fit". As a person who questions everything, I was unsure of her approach, as I hate deviating from the norm, but I do feel our sessions have made me more perceptive and conscious of my actions. I will admit that phone sessions can be awkward at times, I'm a very awkward person, but I find that aspect is really humanizing. If you're seeking emotional support/guidance, I highly recommend Valentina, or anyone at Bliss at the very least! I hope this review is helpful to at least one person, and you find the peace of mind you're deserving of.

All I have to say about Stacey Harris and Bliss is still too little for all she has done for me. I came from a tremendous and tragic loss and struggled for four years with no improvements.

Then, in 2019 I started EMDR therapy with Stacey, and in 4 months, I got healed from panic reactions and painful memories. She was able to apply all EMDR techniques added with great kindness and supportive care for my family and me.

My great gratitude for Stacey's life, I thank my Lord Jesus for her being in my life and getting me back into my own feet again. I will never forget.

Although the counselor we saw was not a good fit she tried her best to make sure we were still moving forward with our counseling goals. I know understand why I had so many positive referrals to her business.**

Just a reminder that counselors are human too and they're not always right. Find the one that works well for you.

Sometimes the process of getting help for your mental health is harder than actually dealing with the mental health. Everyone I have encountered at Bliss has done what they can to make the process easier. They are understand, patient, and kind. Thank you for all that you do!

I am 48 years old and never been for counselling. I had my first appointment a few weeks ago and I am so glad I did. The staff is wonderful, especially my counselor, Melissa. Setting up my initial appointment, and follow up appointments was easy. My first session was great. I was instantly comfortable and received tangible and useful advice right from the beginning, and it feels like I am part of a team working towards solving my own problems. But with insights I would never have had on my own. The night after my first appointment I slept like a baby. It was like a huge load was lifted. A truly wonderful experience and I very much look forward to my subsequent visits. Thank you Bliss Counselling!
