(September 13, 2016, 3:57 pm)I contacted Budget Blinds because one of my clasps for holding the chain together broke. They were awesome, the replacement piece was shipped directly to my house and I had it fixed in less then a week. Amazing service. Thank you so much.
(June 15, 2016, 11:36 am)Great service from the whole staff at Budget Blinds Waterloo. Great experience from the first phone call, to the in home consult, to the installation. I called numerous blind and window covering places and ONLY Budget Blind answered the phone with a person and we were able to get things going right away. The others took over a week to reply. I will definitely be calling them again for my other windows.

Brian listened to what I envisioned for my window dressing and assisted me to make a great choice. Matt did a great job installing the blinds. Would recommend Budget Blinds to everyone.

Brian and Matt are great guys who take great pride in their products and workmanship. The shutters fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend Budget Blinds Waterloo to anyone looking for window coverings.
