Usually amazing food but unfortunately this one time that I visited I got cold food,fries and corn. My rating wouldn't be 4 stars if I hadn't visited this place before to know their real good potential.

A group if us went out for dinner last night and all I have to say is WOW!!! If you like steak this is the place to go, The new menu they have is awesome. The broccoli and cheddar soup was amazing and the NEW peppercorn steak with goat cheese was melt in your mouth delicious. Kudos to the kitchen for a wonderful meal and also to our server Michelle who did a wonderful job. Will definitely be back. Also to all management and the boys., your doing a wonderful job on opening your new location.

Visited Chucks Roadhouse Waterloo last night for the 1st and was very impressed! The beer was nice and cold and on Thursday a pitcher is $7.00! The food was tasty! My wife and daughter order nacho and shared them and cheese sticks and we ordered garlic bread which was also tasty! I also had a bacon cheese burger which was tasty! Overall we were very impressed with the restaurant and the restaurant was clean and it was busy! They only opened last Friday and I think they are going to do very well at this location!!!
