I have been a client of Jesse's for 3 years now and I can confidently say that I would not have been able to achieve my athletic goals without him. I started with jesse as a very undersized university O-Lineman but, with his help over the next two summers I was able to improve my size and strength to a point where I could start for my team. Jesse's knowledge of mobility and strength training is is outstanding and he is constantly learning and implementing new techniques to make the best possible program for his athletes. His mobility training is one of the best aspects of the program, the whole process from assessment to helping coach movements made sure that my body was moving right for the season. Jesse is also an amazing person who is super organized and communicates with clients very well. I recommend jesse to anybody who wants to take their training to the next level or get their body moving right.
Jesse Collins is a true professional who is highly skilled at understanding energy systems and biomechanics in combination with no nonsense training modalities. Through a full body assessment Jesse was able to identify some mobility and stability issues that I was unaware of and create a specific training program and mobility plan that not only had me performing better in the weight room but helped alleviate pain outside of it. As a firefighter, it’s important to remain physically prepared for any situation I may encounter, that’s why I rely on Collins Athletic Performance for my physical preparation. Jesse Collins cares about his athletes. He brings a whole new meaning to ‘Personalized Training’ as he thoroughly evaluates each of his athletes’ strengths and weaknesses. His in-depth knowledge of the human body allows him to properly identify the issues or imbalances a person might have to get them to their peak physical state leading into the respective season. I approached Jesse as what you would call a “meathead”… I over-trained and found myself constantly getting acute muscle injuries from overworking but just one month into my programming with Collins Athletic Performance I began to see vast improvement in my mobility, strength and speed. Going on now two years training with CAP, there is nobody I trust more to get me right for the demands of football than Jesse Collins.
