During these uncertain times and with high anxiety, they have keep calm and delivered a caring demeanour. It isn’t the most pleasant test but they make it as personal as possible and I have always felt like they work to make me feel a part of the community. Special mention to Pascal and Kendra as their genuine kindness is greatly appreciated.
