Decent family owned restaurant. Good traditional breakfast options, and service is good. Lacks some creativity and uniqueness I suppose, nothing to rave about compared to some of the other breakfast / brunch places in KW.

I've been going here for years ever since we moved to waterloo. The owner is always on site and is always cheerful and greets everyone in a pleasent manor. The food is great and the service even better.
I would recommend this place to anyone.

Food is pretty good. Atmosphere and decor are friendly and homely. Price of food is expensive - $42 for 3 people for breakfast.

The place has potential but the staff needs some training. I was only visited by my server one time during a 45 minute stay. I had to ask another server for assistance 4 times in getting refills, straws and condiments. Prices are very fair.
They have very good breakfast food.
Very calm and comfortable atmosphere. I like to bring my kids here.
The place seems to always have a dirty floor and unclean tables (until you sit down and they get wiped for you).
All issues can be resolved with a better managed staff. Hopefully this happens and my review can change.
