When I made the decision to sell my home, I contacted Derek and got a response within a few hours! After chatting on the phone with him that very day, I felt very confident that he was the guy for the job! Selling a home you've been in for 21.5 years is no small undertaking .. it was monumental to say the least.

Sold in 3 days !!

We met Derek when we went to see one of his listings for sale. We had been to see several homes, always just calling the listing agent to show us the house. He was the only realtor that actually took the time ask us questions about what we were looking for and get our contact information. We knew right away that we would work exclusively with him on our search for a new home. With his help we were able to secure a home that ticked all our boxes and at a great price.

When we listed our home with Derek, he took the time to explain his marketing strategy. He includes cleaners to give your house that extra little sparkle. Most importantly he walks through your house with a stager to give you that outsider's view of your home. The stager moves things (that you ALREADY have) around your home to create better flow and gives various tips. I feel this gave us an edge over other properties. Our home sold in 5 day and WELL over asking!
